How is it made?

The hats are manufactured to the highest ethical standards.  Then a British company prints the labels and a very talented lady in London stitches them on.

I have a massive head, will it fit?

It sure will. Our friends have quite the array of head sizes and they fit everyone perfectly.  The hats are unisex and one size fits all.

My baby is a fashionable little tyke, are smaller hats available?

They sure are, we have black ones available here, however if they would like another colour, just drop us a line and we'll see what we can do!

I've bought a hat and it looks so damn cool I want to show the whole world, but how?

We were expecting that one.  Take a photo of you in the hat and post it to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #EDITLDN

How much is delivery in the UK?

That depends what you're buying but approximately £1 per beanie and £3 per cap.  Once you put your postcode in at checkout it will calculate it for you.  All delivery is 1st class.

How long are we talking?

As soon as we receive the order the hat will be posted the following Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

But I don't live the UK, how about now?

Good question, thanks for asking.  For orders outside of the UK, delivery should be expected with 3-10 days depending on your location.

Price-wise, It depends on the hat or hats you're buying.  If you're in Europe we're talking around £3 extra, if you're outside Europe, it's more like £5 extra. If you have any queries feel free to get in touch via the contact page.

I live in Guatemala and want to buy 37 hats - now what?

Gosh if we had a pound for every time some asked us that...  For bulk orders, especially from overseas, get in touch via our contact page and we'll see what the chap in the post office has to say, then let you know asap.

Where do the donated hats go?

The hats are delivered directly to homeless communities at food drops in Central London with the help of the Samaritans

How can we keep track of the progress?

Keep a close eye on our blog where we will be updating you on the story and how many people we/you have helped.

How else can I help?

Explore the Samaritans website to see other ways in which you can volunteer and donate.

Is it just homeless communities in London who will benefit?

Initially yes however we have big plans to expand further afield.  London is a great start but our aim is to reach additional cities both inside and outside of the UK.

In the highly unlikely chance that I feel the hat isn't for me - can I return in?

You certainly can, return the hat within 30 days and you will be given a full refund (minus postage for foreign customers - sorry!)
